Paul has 39 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, most recently serving as a senior executive at PNC Equipment Finance. While at PNC, Paul served in different leadership roles, including Chief Growth Officer and General Manager of the company’s vendor finance business. Prior to PNC, Vecker was the president and CEO of Navigator Group LLC, an equipment finance business that he founded. Paul oversees the management of Macrolease in all areas, and will lead the company into the next chapter of its long history.

Salvatore has been with Macrolease since early 1992. Salvatore began his leasing career, over thirty years ago, at C.I.T Group. Among other responsibilities, Salvatore specializes in managing Macrolease’s vendor finance programs and is a significant contributor to Macrolease’s commercial financing success. Salvatore is a long-term, senior member of Macrolease’s management team.

As Macrolease’s Credit Manager, Jeff is responsible for credit, collections, and all compliance-related matters. Prior to joining Macrolease in 2016, Jeff began his career in 1996 at Ford Motor Credit followed by stints at Ally Bank and PNC. Jeff’s extensive credit expertise and experience have enabled Macrolease to remain a leading source of equipment financing.
